Data - Think - Do

KYP PLAN was created to provide a realistic basis for determining the most optimal construction time during project preparation. Knowledge of LEAN principles, the “last planner principle,” or simply common sense (logical) understanding of construction is converted by KYP PLAN into a schedule with a construction time tailored to the desired construction time or delivery date, the capacity of the project partners, and the complexity of the construction task.

At KYP PLAN, the location where the activities are to take place is the starting point for planning. The duration of the activities is based on the quantity from a calculation or BIM model, combined with the standards for the activities in terms of quantity per unit of time. For bricklaying, for example, this is 1,000 bricks per day.
To achieve the desired completion date, you only need to consider the deployment of the number of project partners (capacity). The optimal planning is then created by coordinating all project partners. This prevents one party from having to wait for another.

Simplicity for Project Partners

Pro actieve management info

As a project partner, you receive a clear activity overview from KYP, so you know what has priority. All projects planned in KYP — from different clients — are clearly structured together. This enables you to align workforce deployment and required capacity effectively.
Discover SolutionGain insight into your project performance — yesterday, today, and tomorrow. KYP provides clear insight into all ongoing projects, with indicators on project performance and partner results. KYP delivers data to compare and analyze clearly, enabling continuous improvement in construction. That’s why our motto is: Build Better.
Discover SolutionDuring renovation and major maintenance, the impact on residents can be significant. With KYP Resident Planning, you create up-to-date daily schedules per home, ensuring residents never miss an update on planned work or changes. That is customer-focused construction.
Discover SolutionUse the BIM model as a “single source of truth” in work preparation and execution. Link BIM objects to the correct task in the planning and make all BIM information available within the relevant activity (such as location, quantities, and other characteristics). Build what you BIM!
